Winemaking Method:
Destemming, followed by traditional vinification per grape variety, 4 to 6 weeks of maceration with punch-downs.

Aging Method:
Aged in 500-liter (5-wine) oak barrels for 12 months for Syrah and 16 months in 300l barrels for Carignan,
Aged in vats for 12 months for Grenache

Tasting Notes:
Intense nose, subtly vanilla-scented and marked by spices (pepper, thyme,…) followed by ripe, jammy red fruits.
A beautiful palate, with great volume and richness, revealing spicy notes and sour cherry.
The tannins are present but well-integrated. This wine, very long on the finish, offers lovely suppleness.
