Winemaking Method:<\/strong>
\nDestemming, followed by traditional vinification per grape variety, 4 to 6 weeks of maceration with punch-downs.
\nFermentation with indigenous yeasts.<\/p>\n

Aging Method:<\/strong>
\nAged in 500-liter (5-wine) oak barrels for 12 months for Syrah and 16 months in 300l barrels for Carignan,
\nAged in vats for 12 months for Grenache<\/p>\n

Tasting Notes:<\/strong>
\nIntense nose, subtly vanilla-scented and marked by spices (pepper, thyme,…) followed by ripe, jammy red fruits.
\nA beautiful palate, with great volume and richness, revealing spicy notes and sour cherry.
\nThe tannins are present but well-integrated. This wine, very long on the finish, offers lovely suppleness. <\/p>\n
